Meet the Management Team
Formal Sean: Sean’s experience spans over 13 years within the recruitment industry. Growing fed up with poor service levels within the industry, Sean founded Nolan Recruitment in 2016. Putting service at the forefront, Nolan has grown to become one of the leading engineering and technical recruitment agencies in the UK.
Prior to forming Nolan Recruitment Sean began his career with award winning RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcer) Omni RMS, where he recruited permanent candidates across the construction and engineering sectors. Sean then joined the largest procurer of temporary labour within the UK (de Poel), managing the temporary labour recruitment at de Poel for key clients such as Veolia, Shanks and Ceva Logistics.
Informal Sean: Away from the office Sean enjoys spending time with his family. Hobbies include motorcycle racing, football and keeping fit.
Formal Dave: Dave joined Nolan Recruitment in 2016 after previously working with Sean at Omni RMS. Whilst with Omni, Dave worked with clients such as Rydon Construction, Mitie, and Grant Thornton, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in various industry sectors.
Dave’s passion for engineering and service excellence has proven instrumental. Dave’s knowledge of the engineering job market is second to none which is why he has become a key part of his clients recruitment strategies.
Informal Dave: In his free time, Dave enjoys keeping active at the gym, and supporting his local football team. Dave also enjoys travelling and seeing new places.
Formal Mike: Mike also joined Nolan Recruitment after previously working with Sean at Omni RMS. Key Clients Mike has worked with include: MITIE TFM (FM & Engineering), May Gurney (Construction & Civil Engineering) and Osborne (Construction & Civil Engineering). Mike forged a reputation for filling notoriously difficult positions such as Data Centre/Critical Environment Engineers. Mike takes great pride in fully understanding his clients and their operations so that successful long-term placements are consistently made.
Informal Mike: In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and playing/ watching a variety of outdoor sports. Mainly watching these days.
Formal Nicola: Nicola previously worked at de Poel, progressing through from the Support Services team to a Field based
Account Manager. Whilst at de Poel, Nicola worked on a large variety of clients, from Asda and Sainsburys to Ceva Logistics and Veolia Waste. Nicola joined Nolan Recruitment to assist with all back office organisational aspects of the business.
Informal Nicola: During Nicola's free time, she enjoys eating out and trying new things. She also enjoys exploring new places with her family.
